Zum Thema Agilität entwickelte er einen ganzheitlichen Beratungsansatz, der neben den gängigen Frameworks verschiedene Ansätze aus der systemischen Organisationsentwicklung, der Entwicklungs- und Motivations- sowie angewandter Psychologie mit Scrum und Lean Management vereint.
